League Preview: LoL Patch 11.18
LoL Patch 11.18 will be released in 2 weeks, on September 9. Unlike the last patches 11.16 and 11.17, Riot will probably hold back and only make small changes to the champions this close to the LoL Worlds 2021. Nevertheless, we show you what is known so far and what we can expect in patch 11.18.
Don't be afraid! Now that we have become so accustomed to the mini reworks, Riot can't just stop, of course. But more on that in a moment. We can expect a lot of new content. So let's hop into LoL Patch 11.18.

Rengar Rework Coming in Patch 11.18
We had already told you about it. Riot is planning big things for the cat. But probably something too big. Shortly after the rengar mini rework was uploaded to the PBE, it had to be removed again. Rengar was just too strong and Riot has to reschedule a bit. That's why the assassin was not released with patch 11.17. We assume that Riot will now take another 2 weeks, but then everything will be polished. Rengar is waiting for his return to the Rift with LoL Patch 11.18.
No Vex Release planned for LoL Patch 11.18
Vex will probably not be released with 11.18. It was not implemented with the 11.18 PBE build. However, Riot has announced that Vex will be released in September. So there's only one thing left to do - 11.19. We'll know more in a fortnight.
Skins Coming in Patch 11.18
Riot did not just announce the new Pentakill album "The Lost Chapter", but also new skins for all the band members. Thus we will get not 6, but 7 new skins for:
- Mordekaiser
- Yorick
- Viego
- Sona
- Karthus
- Olaf
- Kayle
In addition, Tristana will be getting an amazingly looking Hextech skin.
LoL Patch 11.18 Release Date
Patch 11.18 will be released on Thursday 9 September. This coincides perfectly with the release date of Pentakill's third official album.
Riot seems to want to keep the meta steady for pro play. Thus not alot of champion changes are coming. LoL Worlds will be played on Patch 11.19. Read on here:
